STEP 1: Download and Install the ES File Explorer App from Playstore.

STEP 2: Insert the Password protected Memory Card or SD Card on your Android phone.

STEP 3: Open ES File Explorer App and Go to System Folder directory.

STEP 4: In System Folder, there is a MMCSTORE file which would be most probably in a format currently unsupported by your android device.

STEP 5: Next step is to rename the file as mmcstore.txt

STEP 6: Now open this file and you will find your Memory or SD card password there.

STEP 7: Now just insert the locked memory card in the phone by which the memory card is locked.

STEP 8: Now remove the passwords.
